In this Meet the Team, we’ll be introducing Kyrylo Lybunets, who has been with us since January 2023. Read on to find out more about Kyrylo.
What is your role at ideal4Finance?
I’m a member of the development team, responsible for both maintaining and improving our current CRM system and developing a new one.
Describe a typical day for you.
Usually, I focus on developing new features and overseeing task management, including delegating responsibilities to my colleague Connaire, following the agreed-upon roadmap outlined by our Head of Development, Bill.
What aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?
I appreciate working on diverse architectural cases, integrating new system elements, and ensuring they are not only maintainable but also valuable.
What did you aspire to become when you were growing up?
In my childhood dreams, I aimed to become an engineer, a knight, and a father. Surprisingly, I’ve achieved all three.
- I began my career as an engineer and progressed to become a project manager in a company that integrates and supports SCADA systems in the Oil and Gas industry
- I consider myself a seasoned knight, I have visited many tournament and events in different countries
- I married my charming Olga
What occupies your time and brings you joy outside of work?
My interests outside of work include web development, gym, playing the guitar, soldering, and more.
And finally, what’s on the menu for lunch?
Typically, something involving cheese is my go-to choice.
