We are looking for a positive and customer-focused individual to join our busy team as a Retail Conversion Specialist. You will have previous experience working in a sales environment, part- or full-time. The focus will be your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly, and professional manner.
Your role will include
- Identifying existing customers of Ideal4Finance who may be eligible to convert to our retail (fixed APR rate) finance model
- Engaging with customers to gauge their interest and provide advice regarding the rates that may suit their business model.
- Follow up calls to customers to obtain required documentation and information
- Help customers to complete documentation when required
- Provide management information to the management team.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers.
- OTE £28,000 plus per year – This can be exceeded by an individual who has the drive to earn commission
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a sales environment essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Office & database skills required.
- Ability to prioritise, work efficiently & accurately & be able to work under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work in a confidential manner

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Salary: £22,000.00 p.a
