This award-winning business is seeing more opportunities for sales thanks to its finance facility
Still only in its third year, Smalley Hot Tub Services of Pinchbeck in Lincolnshire, is already winning awards and building a loyal following of very happy and satisfied customers. Recently named Hot Tub Company of the Year in the South England Prestige Awards, the business is the UK’s only manufacturer-endorsed repairer of inflatable hot tubs.
Owner and Director Justine Smalley runs the business with her husband Chris (pictured above). As well as servicing and repairing inflatable and acrylic hot tubs and swim spas, they sell a huge range of quality acrylic hot tubs and spas, alongside accessories, chemicals, air source heat pumps and other outdoor equipment.
Six months ago, Justine started working with Ideal4Finance to offer customers flexible payment options. “We have a very diverse customer base and wanted to give as many as possible the opportunity to purchase by spreading the cost. Justine reports that customers have been pleasantly surprised by the rate they have been offered and by what the payments look like on a monthly basis. “It’s definitely created more conversations with customers and is a great opportunity to build relationships, which is what we are all about.
“Our customers are all lovers of outdoor space, and we really want to help make what they want more affordable to them.”
