We recently announced our Ideal4Finance award winners for 2022, recognising the achievements of team members across the business.
In a very informal ceremony, Noel our CEO introduced proceedings by reflecting on what a successful year it had been, and how every single member of the team had made a valued contribution.
Mark Heckels, MD, then presented the individual awards, with the first recipient being Francis Kinnon, who won Field Sales Rep of the Year. Frank had a consistently strong twelve months and was a deserved winner, despite the odd bus lane infringement here and there!
Next was our Telesales of the Year Award which was a close-run thing as the whole team had performed brilliantly. Leading the way though, and a worthy winner for 2022, was Neil Brettell.
The Director’s Award is given to an individual who has had a meaningful impact on the wider business. This year’s winner was Bill Westhead, who heads up our Developer team, for his never-ending work improving and finetuning our CRM system and ensuring we have the technology and capability to deliver excellence throughout our operations.
Finally, our Senior Leadership Team was asked to nominate someone for the Employee of the Year Award and the result was unanimous. Working for much of the year in a team of one, in a very demanding area of the business, she is involved in almost every aspect of the company and the customer journey. Doing all this whilst studying and passing professional qualifications, is our Accounts Manager, Holly Bennison.
